The course includes:
Details on how to safely store and identify abrasive wheels, be able to select the appropriate wheel to use. Displays on how to inspect and recognize damaged wheels, teaches delegates how to mount an abrasive wheel and understand the hazards and risks involved when using abrasive wheels.

The length of this course varies but is usually half a day course for Abrasive Wheels Theory only sessions and a full day for Theory and Practical sessions.
People who use abrasive wheels or other grinding and cutting tools in their work should attend this course.
On competing this course, you will receive a Higher Safety Training Solutions certificate.
The course certification will expire after 3 years.
